Customers can sign up though our website,Facebook page, over the telephone by calling 223-7269 or visit our office in El Socorro, Trinidad.

Delivery

Your package should be out for delivery approximately 2 weeks after leaving Miami (subject to changes in shipping schedules, Customs approvals for clearance etc)
Seabox will deliver all courier packages to your door (within our delivery areas). We deliver once a week to the address registered on the SeaBox account. If you require the shipment to be delivered to another address, delivery charges may apply. The customer can also come into our office in El Socorro between the hours of 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday to Friday once the shipment is ready.
Cut off is 5:00 pm on Friday each week (subject to any changes in shipping schedules)
Delays can be caused due to an incorrect address and/or NO suite # or name on your package. Delays can also be incurred due to inclement weather, vessel problems or port and or bond congestion.
Yes we do in some instances and there will be a charge associated with this service. Please contact the office directly for details.

Package

Miami opening hours are Mondays to Fridays 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, except Public Holidays
Hazardous items can be shipped however please note that hazardous charges may apply.
Our Miami office is open to customers and family members for drop offs.
Yes we can, we ship any size. We also ship LCL cargo and Full Containers.
Yes we consolidate shimpements in excess of 25lbs total. The service is on request only and at an additional cost.
SeaBox does not offer insurance on shipments. If needed, the customer would be required to secure same, and may contact their preferred insurance agent to enquire further on marine insurance and if needed purchase coverage for same. Additionally, SeaBox recommends Crating on all Fragile items, including Glass, TV’s, Ceramics, Chinaware and other easily breakable items. SeaBox will in no event be liable for any loss, damage, expense or delay of the goods resulting from the negligence or other fault of the Company for any amount, either the full invoice value, or any partial loss or damage that may have occurred in the handling and export transportation process (Crated or Not).
