Your package should be out for delivery approximately 10 days after leaving Miami.
Seabox will deliver all courier packages to your door (within our delivery areas). We deliver once a week to the address registered on the SeaBox account. If you require the shipment to be delivered to another address, delivery charges may apply. The customer can also come into our office in El Socorro between the hours of 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday to Friday or Saturdays between 8:30 am to 12:00 pm to collect, once the shipment is ready.
Cut off time is 5:00 pm on Tuesday each week.
Delays can be caused due to an incorrect address and/or NO suite # or name on your package. Delays can also be incurred due to inclement weather, vessel problems or port and or bond congestion.
